Description

MC110 2.0 is an outstanding ESC capable of regulating and controlling the rotational speed of high power electric motors. The enhanced voltage up to 800V and the real continuous power up to 200A makes it the perfect choice for eVOL control. The eVTOL motor controller is able to control sensored and sensorless electric motors. In addition, it can also act as a dynamic brake as well as reversing the rotation sense so it can also be used for large UAVs, UGVs or other vehicles.

MC110 2.0 design follows the DO178C and DO254 (DAL B) aviation standards for ensuring hardware and software reliability.  In addition, it also follows the DO160 aviation standards for environmental conditions and test procedures for airborne equipment. It is essential for the operation of eVTOL, ensuring the maximum safety during the flight and high MTBF values.The manufacturing process is designed to ensure the highest reliability and to detect any failures in the production line by following an ESS (Environment Stress Screening) process. An Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) is followed according to Embention quality standards so ATR and COC is available for every unit.

eVTOL Motor Controllers can be easily optimized for a wide variety eVTOL layouts. The configuration display permits to set up dozens of parameters for adjusting the ESC performance to the eVTOL configuration (accelerations, poles, RPM…) no matter if it is for the control of a multirotor, plane or hybrid configuration.Following the philosophy in the Veronte Ecosystem, MC110 2.0 works with electric motors of any brand and any size, sensored or sensorless. Thus, professional ESC is the perfect tool for large platforms (eVTOL, multirotor, UAV, UGV…). In addition, hardware customization services are available for optimizing system performance to the whole setup.

eVTOL motor controller MC110 2.0 stands out for its reliability and the high power it is capable of handling. The operating voltage covers a range between 65-800V. With a real continuous current of 200A and peck currents up to 280A it has been intensively tested in real operation. Field Oriented Control (FOC) algorithms in the MC110 2.0 provide high efficiency rates and a stable torque coefficient. Its high-quality microprocessor and its redundancy in communication protocols allows a continuous and accurate speed management. All this with a reduced power / size ratio.
